How to freeze a quiche: A freezer staple for any meal of the day

The easiest make ahead recipe, quiches are perfect for any meal of the day. This video shows you the no hassle way to freeze a quiche so you can stock up on multiple flavors and varieties for weeks to come.

Modify any quiche recipe with non dairy, gluten free, and other dietary restrictive ingredients so that each dish is just right for you. For a traditional base, make this easy dish using the following ingredients:

Classic Quiche

6 eggs (or 2 cups egg substitute)

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 tsp salt & pepper blend (1 part salt, 2 parts pepper)

1/4 tsp dried, ground coriander or nutmeg

Fillings of your choice, 1/2 to 1 cup of cheese, 1 cup precooked vegetable, 1/2 cup ham or other meat.

Directions

Combine the above ingredients thoroughly and pour into a prepared pie plate lined with a pre made or handmade pie crust or pate brisee (no need to pre bake!) Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until the filling or custard is set and springs back to the touch.
