Too cash-strapped for fitness? You don't need to be rich to be fit. You just need to be ready to look for opportunities in your day-to-day life.

I asked a group of marketing, PR and sales executives what real-world fitness tips they incorporated in their daily activities.  Check them out for ideas on how to fit fitness into your day.  Then add a comment that tells others how you fit fitness into your day.


"This wCountry Music Marathonill be my fourth year walking the 1/2 Marathon portion of the Country Music Marathon. I started in honor of a friend who challenged her friends to do it while she was in hospice with ovarian cancer. I have a formalized training program developed by a trainer that we worked with the first couple of years...[but on a day-to-day basis] I keep walking shoes in the office and walk at lunch when I can. I park on the fourth floor of the parking deck and walk down. I walk to meetings when I can. And go to the mall after work to walk on bad weather days."  Aileen R.
