Hello and I've missed you!
It has been a while since I have posted. I have had a few stressful months and during this time I have learned so much about how to feel (and therefore look) good, so instead of my usual fabulous fashion tips, I am going to share this list with you.
HOW TO FEEL (AND THEREFORE LOOK) GOOD
1. Pray and/or meditate.
2. Breathe. We take breathing for granted.
3. Exercise. Workout plans are fantastic and beneficial, but you can also take a 15 minute walk twice daily.
4. Make a list. Being organized is a good thing.
5. Stick to the list (enough said).
6. Forgive yourself.
7. Forgive others.
8. Remember what is important.
9. Be honest with yourself and everyone else.
10. Say "I love you" to those you love.
11. Pray and/or meditate.
This life can be challenging but doing a few things that seem small can make a big difference in our outlook. Oh, one more thing...
