Poor and Middle Class don't grow and improve from the middle. That is one piece of advice that I would offer President Obama. Surely, we want to eliminate poverty and create a vibrant Middle Class, but that comes from genius invention and entrepreneurship. I think that is what some Republicans are trying to say.
Government has a big role to play in creating the optimal environment for economic prosperity. Today’s economic ideal must be built, engineered, toward sustainability. That begins with smart energy policy.
When the nation surrounds a smart energy policy with leadership and incentives, and defines the way ahead as a sustainable economy, then we are on the correct path for the future.
