Facing 10 Brigands and 10 Barbarians in Sea Battle.
In other words, just play Puzzle Pirates the way you did when it was new, before Brigand Kings and Sea Monster Hunts came along to distract you with the shiny: Go out on the high seas and beat up some bots.
(If you're one of those landlubbers who's done nothing but Poker since you first logged in, obviously I'm not talking to you.)
Do note the significant conjunction "and." You'll need to fight a total of 20 battles: 10 each of Brigands and Barbarians. And it does need to be in Sea Battle, not during the final stage of a Viking Raid or Imperial Outpost Expedition or something like that.
Personally, I'm a little miffed these requirements weren't attached to the December Seal, when the competition had us tearing after brigs and barbs like there was no tomorrow. Oh well. I suppose Three Rings want to make sure it's not too easy to do everything every month.
