How to do a Quad Stretch

As the weather starts to get nice, make sure you don't overdo your weekend activities.  Whether you are hiking, biking, walking or running, help prevent leg injury with this quad stretch! 

Stand tall with your feet shoulders width apart. Shoulders back and stomach squeezed.

Grab your foot with your hand and bring it up toward your butt. If you can't do this, use a towel or place your foot on a stool or chair.

Make sure that your knees are in line together and that you can feel the stretch on the front of your thigh. Breathe!

After 15-30 seconds, release that foot, stand tall, shoulders back, now grab the other foot and repeat stretch.
