Every stressful situation in life has the potential of causing anxiety; which manifests itself in various ways. When anxiety is at a heightened level, panic attacks may occur, masking at times a heart attack.

There is always a root cause to stress and anxiety. Feelings of out of control brings with it dread or panic. When ones enviroment or person is threatened it is normal to sense danger, which in turn creates anxiety. Over long periods of stressful evidents one may be diagnosed with anxiety disorder.
The solution is to find out what is causing danger or fear in a person or the situation and work to relieve the main issue.
