How to clean a bathroom quickly

Life is too short to waste it cleaning the bathroom, but living with a filthy bathroom is disgusting. Fortunately, there are ways to get through this chore quickly but still do a great job.
Start by removing anything that doesn’t belong. For some reason, bathrooms seem to collect everything from shoes to children’s toys. Next, remove everything from the bathroom counters and store it under the sink or some other out of the way place. Finally, pick up all towels and washcloths and put them in the laundry hamper.
Once this is done, use a multi-purpose bathroom spray on the tub, shower, sink and countertops. Wait a few minutes for the solution to work, then start scrubbing the tub and shower with a damp rag or washcloth. Focus on removing any dirt, do not worry about hard water deposits. Once you are done, also wipe down the countertops.
Next, pour about one cup of bleach into the toilet bowl. Use a toilet brush to clean the toilet, but do not flush it. Then, use the all-purpose spray to clean the seat and outside of the tank. Once you’re finished, do not flush the toilet. Letting the bleach sit in the bowl for as long as possible will allow it to kill germs and get rid of stains.
After cleaning the toilet, it’s time to clean the mirrors and windows. Use a spray formulated for mirrors, windows, or glass. Other cleaners can leave streaks on bathroom mirrors. Wipe the spray off of the glass surfaces with old newspaper or paper towels. Do not use a cloth, since these can cause the mirrors to streak.
As your last step, clean the sink and floors. Mopping a floor can take a lot of time, so do a quick job by spraying your multi-purpose solution onto the floor. For small bathrooms, wipe the floor with a dishrag. In larger bathrooms, you may want to get out the mop. Rather than using a bucket, however, just ring out and rinse the mop in the sink. Once the floor has been cleaned, quickly scrub the sink.
Before leaving, some people choose to light a scented candle or use a deodorizing room spray to mask the scent of any cleaners. This is usually a good idea if you’re expecting company. It’s also a good idea to put out fresh bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Also remember to get out any accessories that were on the countertop, such as soap and toothbrushes.
