You don’t need to go out to a fancy night club or a party to enjoy New Year’s Eve, especially if you have a family. You can celebrate New Year's Eve with family and friends and stay in and still have a fabulous time.

You can have everyone bring a dish or desert so that the cost isn’t just on who is hosting. You can have a great night of games, either WII or other game systems, and board games. You can listen to music and make your very own dance floor right in your own home. There are some great decorations like, party hats, blowers, and streamers that you can get at the Dollar Tree or Walmart.

If you are not a game player or love to dance, you can still have friends over for a night of movies or just hanging out. The most important part is to be with friends and family.

With 2009 winding down there are many of us reflecting on our year’s gains and losses. We all have things in our life we want to change or hope to change. We all want the best for ourselves and everyone. What a better way to begin2010 than be with family and friends.

Safe wishes and a bitter good-bye to 2009 and a happy hello to 2010, may everyone have peace and good fortune for the New Year.
