How to begin your way back to exercise and happiness

Baby steps. Exercise alone can’t heal. A starting point on the road to wellness is lightening your mental health load and changing what you eat. Eat more simply and cook less. Make meals that contain only one or two foods, instead of several foods all at one time. A lighter conscious can be had by getting that “monkey off your back,” living truthfully and adding some time to your schedule doing things only you like and some time for reflection, silence and mediation. Making small changes a little at a time, makes for longer lasting changes that stay with you in the end rather than throwing yourself into a hard core work out, strict diet and signing up for expensive therapy and tossing it all out a few weeks later.

Restoring wellness

Rebuild body structure and your immune system. There is no denying it, fruits and vegetables mean healthy wellness and nutrition. Add some real juice to your daily routine, carrot, orange, mango, cranberry, peach, tomato what’s your pleasure. What did you gnaw on as a kid, cut up some celery or apples.

1. Plant-source foods normalize your blood sugars and make it easier to maintain a “no munchy habit status” and maintain a steady weight loss and weight.

2. Fruits and vegetables increase your energy and boost your metabolism. More energy to exercise with.

3. Deep breathing, exercising increases your lung capacity and “spits out” unwanted stress and brings in copious amounts of oxygen.

4. More oxygen increases brain cell health, positive outlook and increases your energy.

Don’t let someone else dictate your happiness.
