How to avoid acne by using manners

Some of the most habitual actions of our lives can make our skin a breeding ground for bacteria and acne. Below you will find the most common mannerisms to avoid in keeping your skin looking it's best.

1. Don't touch your face. The most common transfer of dirt to facial grime is in touching something from the environment and then immediately touching your facial skin. Repetitive gestures of picking at the problem or a comfort battle with your hands could lead to vulnerability of skin mishaps. Be sure to grab a glass of water or steady your hands with a pen, remote, cell phone or keyboard to manage your fidgeting. Practice power impulse drives by positioning body parts for 'yoga' time energy manipulation.

2. Don't eat greasy food. The second most common area of acne proliferation is in the foods you eat. If you continue to eat out, and the best you can do is a napkin, you may want to throw in some handy-wipes. In conditions of excess oil the added layer of grease blocks oxygen to the skins' cells and fills them with dangerous free-radicals and clogs pores. What you put in your body does effect your skin, so cut back on the french fries.

3. Don't rub your face after washing dry, instead pat with a towel. The pattern of most face washers is to use the same motion for drying as for washing, but it has been shown that this makes the face more acne prone. By rubbing the skin you may actually irritate it and make things worse. Avoid using a dirty hand towel, on the face, which transfers bacteria from towel to skin

4. Don't use wash unless it specifically says non-comodogenic. By using things that are naturally made or contain the closest formula to 'raw' plant life, you can avoid unnecessary skin triggers that bring on acne. The natural remedy for skincare helps people avoid allergens and toxic material in skincare sets.
