How to age in a healthy way

 

As we get older the body's processess start to slow down and break down and the signs of aging becomes more apparent. This process of aging is  nature's way of recycling and renewal. The circle of life is continued through birth and death. Senesance or aging cannot be halted but it can be slowed down or,conversely, accelerated prematurely by the type of lifestyle and diet we choose in our lives.

Sleep deprivation has many negative affects on the health of a person. It is recommended to have at least 7 hours of qualtiy sleep every night to maintain the body functions at its optimum health.
