It seems like there is always some new fad diet in fashion. But what’s really important is to avoid foods that are toxic, and there seem to be a lot of them in our junk food culture. Take the time to learn which ingredients are toxic and try to avoid them. It will get you a step closer to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

High fructose corn syrup is in everything these days. Just about all sodas contain HFCS, and it’s also in jams and jellies, salad dressings, yogurts, and just about everything that is sweetened. But HFCS increases your triglycerides and fat storing hormones, which can cause you to overeat. There are lots of other food additives that can cause or compound many different health problems.
