High fructose corn syrup is in everything these days. Just about all sodas contain HFCS, and it’s also in jams and jellies, salad dressings, yogurts, and just about everything that is sweetened. But HFCS increases your triglycerides and fat storing hormones, which can cause you to overeat. There are lots of other food additives that can cause or compound many different health problems.
