Many people know Kate Upton for being an actress and swimsuit model for Sports Illustrated. So how does Kate Upton keep her body perfect? Before doing the photo-shoot for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition, Kate Upton began her workout in East Hampton with fitness guru David Kirsch, where she did basic track and field work. While the sun was up, she did sprints at the high school on the track and when the sun set, she did bleacher drills up and down. Kate Upton wasn’t too fond for these David Kirsch stated.
While on the beach or playground she used whatever was around. For example, she did hanging knee raises and the monkey bars. This took a lot of improvising and creativity but obviously it paid off for her. David Kirsch states Kate Upton hates running and sprinting. But she does love boxing and kick boxing. These are a couple of things that helped her become fit one week before the cover shoot with Sports Illustrated. She trained in the morning and evening. To get her body it takes a lot of sweat and dedication, not to mention a diet change thanks to David Kirsch.
David Kirsch would invite Kate Upton over so she could see how he ate and how he fed his daughter. David Kirsch was unsure how Kate Upton ate previous to his training, but he knew how he wanted her to eat from then on to stay in shape. Obviously his methods worked as seen in Sports Illustrated.
Seven days before her photo shoot she did a lemonade cleanse which is a great way to debloat. Kate Upton is also a fan of Thermo Bubbles which she took with her even while traveling. There was no alcohol, no processed carbs and no diet drinks. Everyone can agree this 21 year old looks beautiful and has great dedication towards her body which definitely shows in her shoot with Sports Illustrated.
