Jennifer Lopez just seems to get more fabulous with age as she looks better today than ever before. Not only does she continuously look gorgeous, she just finished a 55-date “Dance Again” World Tour, is the mother of twins and has a boyfriend, Casper Smart, who is 18 years her junior. On top of all of that, Jennifer Lopez is starring in the new film ‘Parker’ and the word is out on how she got her body in killer shape for the role.
Jennifer Lopez, 43, is appearing on screen again in the action-packed movie ‘Parker’ where she has to strip down to her underwear in one scene and needed her body to be in killer shape. For this role Lopez turned to Tracy Anderson, an industry pro who has trained celebrities like Gwyneth Paltrow, Madonna and Courtney Cox to step up her exercise routine.
The workout program designed was not too extreme because Jennifer loves the way her body looks naturally and is very confident with her curves. “We don’t want to change her sexy body!” Tracy says. In addition, because of her busy schedule the workouts had to be time efficient. “She needs to get her exercise in one hour each day, 30-minutes of cardio and 30-minutes of muscular structure.”
Tracy Anderson’s Method is about tricking the muscles. Tracy says, “We change the workout every 10 workouts. That’s the secret.” By changing the exercise sequence so often the muscles are tricked and challenged, therefore the overall look of the body changes. “There’s not a woman’s body I can’t change!” says Tracy.
