Tiger Woods turns 34 today, but your guess is as good as TMZ's as to where he is exactly. Could he be at Bay Hill in Orlando where his minders hope Arnold Palmer is straightening him out? Partying in Palm Beach with mistress #1 Rachel Uchitel? Maybe he's at a rehab clinic in Wickenburg, AZ, undergoing therapy for an addiction to sex, or is it drugs? Or could he still be hanging out with buddies on his boat in the turquoise waters of the Bahamas?
The tabloids appear unable to agree over his current location. And speculation, some of it wild some of it wilder, over what exactly happened that fateful Thanksgiving night chez-Woods, is now officially out of control.
Most people with a computer and an email address will have received a message from a person who insists he/she knows the Isleworth member that lives 10 houses down from Woods. The email says Tiger apparently enjoyed a game of poker at the clubhouse in the evening with Champions Tour players and friends John Cook and Mark O'Meara (who actually lives in Houston now with his second wife Meredith Berkman), came home at midnight approximately and supposedly got into a argument with wife Elin over text messages Tiger had possibly failed to remove from his phone. Elin then allegedly took a 9-iron to her husband's face, he seemingly ran from the building, got into his Escalade with Elin chasing behind and crashed into the fire hydrant (the fire hydrant bit is definitely true).
The email goes on to say Elin had knocked Tiger's face up quite badly and, after going to the hospital in Orlando (where he was apparently met by agent Mark Steinberg - who lives in Cleveland), Woods flew to Phoenix for reconstructive surgery, hence the no-show for the Florida Highway Patrol. He then flew back to Tampa, maybe, to avoid the media hell he knew awaited him.
And still it goes on. But though the mistress-count mercifully appears to have stopped somewhere in the low to mid-teens, perhaps this whole saga has a ways to run yet. No doubt it will turn up in Hawaii next week for the start of the 2010 PGA Tour season. Tiger will certainly choose not to appear at the SBS Championship for which the previous year's tour winners qualify, but no doubt talk of when he will return will start to mount as the San Diego tour stop (one of his favorite) draws near. If he misses that, attention will turn to the Accenture Matchplay event, the CA Championship and then the Arnold Palmer Invitational. If he avoids all those, imagine the hysteria that will surround his probable return at the Masters.
In the meantime, what really happened on November 27th and where he is now remain a mystery. But one thing, actually two, things are for sure; Tiger Woods probably isn't having a very happy birthday and, for a little while longer yet, we won't be seeing the Woods for the sleaze.

I think that the letter posted recently is a publicity stunt created by Tiger's team to present him as a victim and as a way to explain his disappearance since the scandal broke up. They are trying to protect the "Tiger brand" at all cost after the media is reporting that Tiger's stocks are down everywhere. The paramedics and the neighbors stated that Tiger had a bloody lip, not the injuries of the magnitude reported on this letter. Tiger’s team is trying to set the way for Tiger’s comeback in 2010 as a victim, not as the offender he is, but the public will not buy it! Tiger has disgraced himself as a husband and as a father.
The true victims on all this are: Elin Nordegren and her two small children. I hope that someday Elin Nordegren will find a good and decent man that will respect and love her and the children. A man that could be a better father figure and role model to the children than Tiger Woods
