"How I Met Your Mother" is ready to end its run on CBS, and now the cast has finished production on the final episode of the series. On March 1, Ace Showbiz reported that the majority of the cast wrapped production on the series on Friday.

Neil Patrick Harris wrapped his final scene on Thursday. In his final scene for the series, he is not wearing a suit. Instead, he is very dressed down in shorts and a shirt. The final season has focused on his wedding to Robin, so his not being dressed for the event is something to note. Craig Thomas and Carter Bays have teased that fans will see a time jump during the finale. Fans will learn how the characters end up years later.

Cobie Smulders also went to her Instagram on Saturday to share a photo and send her own message about the wrap of production. She said the following:

That's a wrap! I feel so grateful to the men and women who made our set a wonderful place to go each day. Thank you.

The photo shows her tending bar on set. What do you think? Are you sad to hear that production has wrapped on this comedy series? "How I Met Your Mother" will continue to air on Monday nights on CBS.
