During the 9 months of pregnancy, Holly turned to books such as 'Kimberly Snyder's Beauty Detox Foods'. This inspired Holly to incorporate nutrient-dense fruit and vegetable smoothies into her diet. Holly Madison also worked out religiously to pregnancy DVDs such as '10 Minute Solutions Prenatal Pilates'. As you can tell from the picture, you can barely even tell Holly had a baby 6 weeks previous to the photo.
