Happiness is a state of being high on the vibrational scale. It is that joyful emotion that resonates during positive thoughts and experiences. It may come from fond memories of childhood or other treasured memories. It can come from overcoming a challenge that was particular difficult. It can come from thoughts of gratitude and appreciation.
It is definitely an emotion everyone strives to feel because it is a FEEL GOOD emotion.
Being in the state of happiness is one of the positive emotions that activate the Law of Attraction towards the positive outcomes that are desired. It send out that message to Source that this is exactly what is wanted. Source, being all giving, then goes and and finds more experiences to feel more happiness.
When mastered, it is possible to stay in this state nearly all of the time. Of course, by this very state, abundance of reasons to feel happiness exists nearly continuously.
Since most of us are not masters, it is reasonable to get to that state of happiness and strive to hold onto that feeling for 68 seconds. Difficult to do, you say? Instead of thinking of the emotion itself, consider thinking about moments that where happiness was felt and experienced. Set a timer for 68 seconds while doing this and see how quickly this time passes as the mind races to find every moment, thought, and feeling of happiness experienced in the past.
Then practice this twice a day for 21 days, once in the morning and once at night, perhaps just before going to sleep. If twice a day seems like a stretch, start off doing this only once a day and work up to twice a day. If 21 days seems like too long to commit to this experiment, do it for one week and then build up the momentum.
Doing this consistently will build momentum, as stated in the book by Jerry and Esther Hicks "Ask and It Is Given". The result of doing this often and consistently is that it will bring more experiences and opportunities to feel this happiness again and again so that there will be more to feel happy about.
Then, perhaps in a shorter time than we expect, we can all be happiness masters, vibrating at this positive resonance all of the time!
