Exercise doesn’t have to be grueling to get results; sometimes the best way to blast some calories is with some fun. Mixing up your workout could help you stay on course and enjoy doing something healthy for your body.

Or you could just try a game, like fitness poker. All you need is a standard deck of cards, and you can even get the kids involved too. How fast can you play?
Deck of Cards:
- SPADES- Squats
- CLUBS - Push-ups
- HEARTS-Jumping Jacks
- DIAMONDS-Sit Ups
Numbered cards equal their face value:
- JACKS- 11
- QUEENS-12
- KINGS- 13
- ACE-14
- JOKERS 20 Squat Thrust
Just remember it’s for fun, so if there is a move you are not able to do just substitute with one that you can. Bet you won’t look at a deck of cards the same way anymore!
