Having your children farther apart in age may also work for other families. You get a little break in between the sleepless nights, and the baby stages. You have more time with your children as babies, because you will only have one baby at a time. Once your older child is in school, you will have the baby to take care of. Your children may not be as close, since they are farther apart, but you probably won’t have as much fighting between them either.
Every family is different, so the answer to this question will be different for each family. You just have to decide what will work best for you and your family. Have your children far enough apart or as close together as you want, just make sure that you can be the best mom to all your children. Do what’s best for your children. Only you can decide that, no one else.
