"Glee's" Naya Rivera really enjoyed working with Demi Lovato.
In a September 17, 2013 interview with "Access Hollywood," Naya commented that “she’s awesome and we’re having a blast and we’re so happy to have her."
As far as preparing for their upcoming on-screen romance, the "Sorry" singer joked, "I made out with her like in my trailer before we shot the scene. So then I just like warmed her up. You know what I’m saying."
Her real-life boyfriend, Big Sean, was sorry to have missed all the action. "He was like, 'Oh man, I'm out of town, I’m jealous!'"
Naya's character, Santana and Demi's incoming character, Dani, will share an on-screen kiss on "Glee" season 5, as Naya confirmed.
Demi hopes that fans will be inspired by their story line. As she explained, "what I want people to take from this isn't, ‘Oh my god, Demi is kissing a girl. This is crazy!' I want people to take from it that this is actually an incredible step in our generation today where I'm able to play a young lesbian on prime time TV."
