DJ AM and friend Paris Hilton
Law enforcement sources are saying that DJ AM's death was the result of an accidental overdose and it was not a suicide.
DJ AM was a recovering addict that developed a dependency to Xanax as a direct result of the plane crash a year ago. He, understandably, developed a huge fear of flying but still had to fly frequently for his job.
Doctors began prescribing Xanax and other anti-anxiety medications to relieve his fear of flying, but the benzodiazepines triggered a relapse into addiction.
TMZ sources say DJ AM's relapse was "recent" -- he was not abusing for a prolonged period of time before his death. They also said the OD had "absolutely nothing to do with his recent breakup."
The evidence strongly indicates cause of death will be a combination of crack cocaine and benzodiazepines.

Pattie (Judge not as you too will b judged!!!)
This is only my opinion..I have been clean & sober for more than a decade. I tried to get clean many years ago. What was different 4 me this time is that I took my sobriety a step further and gave my life to Jesus. This is how I am able to stay clean this time. The word of God is very clear about how we should live our lives. Its not just about not using drugs, its about becoming a new creature "IN CHRIST" This means changing from the inside out!!! In all the years I spent running the streets and doing drugs, there is nothing better than what I have learned through the Bible. You just have 2 dig deeper than just sobriety..much deeper. I promise you if you turn your will and ur life over to God, IT IS THE BEST HIGH IN THE WORD!!! I have been watching this MTV series this guy had and I commend him 4 reaching out to others!!!MAY HE REST IN PEACE;) Pattie from Naples Fla
