Houston Texans gear up 2014 NFL Preseason

The NFL released the schedules for all 32 teams on Wednesday, the Houston Texans will play two home games against the San Francisco 49ers and Atlanta Falcons.

The Texans will travel for two road games, against the Super Bowl XLVIII runner up Denver Broncos and Arizona Cardinals.

The last time the Texans faced the Falcons was a 17-10 victory back in December 2011. This meeting will be the first for both teams in the preseason.

The Texans will visit the Cardinals once again in the preseason, the last two preseason meetings resulted in victories for the Texans.

The team will conclude their preseason schedule with a visit to the new Levi's Stadium to face the 49ers. The previous two meetings between them resulted in blowout victories for the Texans in the preseason. In 2012, the Texans defeated the 49ers 20-9, and a 30-7 victory in 2011.

With brand new coach in Bill O'Brien, and the team having the number one NFL Draft pick, who will be under center for this team in 2014.
