Houston's best burgers revisited

A while back I wrote an article discussing the best burgers in Houston. I have since found one that without question should have been on that list. Bubba's Texas Burger Shack is a Houston establishment that is so good it even beat the expansion of the highway.

Located under the Westpark Tollway, Bubba's offers Texas charm and boasts burgers made both from beef and from buffalo. A dry erase board hung on the patio proclaims the benefits of selecting buffalo over beef, stating that buffalo is leaner than turkey meat. Although it is a dollar more I, without hesitation, recommend the buffalo burgers. From classic burgers to mushroom and swiss and everything in between, each burger is customizable with bacon, jalapeños, chili and smoked jalapeños, these burgers are sure to deliver an appetite soothing meal. Be sure to try out the habañero sauce to add a little extra kick to the experience. Bubba's also offers buffalo hotdogs and chili-dogs.

Whether out in the Westpark area or just looking for a new burger experience that is sure to brighten your day, Bubba's Texas Burger Shack is a place that must be visited.

Happy eating.
