The Houston Open 2013, the city’s largest tennis tournament, will be held on weekends in March, April and May at sites all over Houston.
Super championship juniors ages 12 to 14 will compete March 9-11. Deadline to enter is Feb. 25.
The Adult Major Zone event is March 29-April 1 with a March 15 deadline.
The super championship juniors 16-18 tournament will be held May 18-20 with a May 6 deadline.

Last year the tournament accepted more than 1,400 players. Proceeds from the tournament help provide college scholarships for area youngsters.
The tournament is sponsored by the Houston Tennis Association in cooperation with the Houston Parks & Recreation Department. It is sanctioned by the United States Tennis Association and USTA Texas and is a Texas major zone tournament for adults and super championship juniors.
