Houston of Blues New Year's Eve Bash
You'll have lots of choices at the Houston Press New Year's Eve Bash at the House of Blues. It's actually several parties under one roof. Starting at 6 p.m. in the Foundation Room, you can enjoy an all-you-can-eat buffet and then stick around for the Ruby Revue Burlesque Show. At 9:30 p.m., Reckless Kelly and opening artist Whiskey Myers take over things in the main room. And finally, at 10 p.m., Thunderpants turns the clock back with a Totally 80s show on the Crossroads Stage.
Hughes Hangar New Year's Eve Ball
Two dance floors (outside & inside), two DJs (including 12 year old superstar DJ Elle Morgan) on the outside Veranda, another DJ & a Roaring 20s live swing/jazz band inside the Gatsby Mansion, live pianist on the foyer patio, flapper girls swinging from the rafters, period costumes and much much more.
