'House M.D.: The Complete Series' comes exclusively to Netflix Streaming

On April 1st, the long-running Fox medical drama “House, M.D.” comes exclusively to Netflix Streaming. The show, starring Hugh Laurie as an irascible doctor with his own methods, ran eight seasons, and all of them can only be found on Netflix.

“House, M.D.”, created by David Shore and produced by director Bryan Singer’s Bad Hat Harry production company, featured 177 episodes’ worth of baffling medical mysteries that House and his dedicated crew attempted to solve. Laurie’s fellow cast members included Olivia Wilde, Omar Epps, Jennifer Morrison, Robert Sean Leonard and Lisa Edelstein, with Kal Penn, Amber Tamblyn and others joining the show in later seasons.

The show is most notable for Laurie’s performance, which was nominated for 3 Emmys and won two Screen Actors Guild awards in 2007 and 2009, which you can view above in the slideshow. The show also received a 2005 Peabody Award, and won the 2011 People’s Choice Award for Best Drama.
