Hottest new cars and trucks at the Pennsylvania Auto Show Weekend Jan. 28-29

The Pennsylvania Auto Show, held Thursday, January 26 through Sunday, January 29 at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex & Expo Center, is the place for show goers to fuel their automotive passion. Designed as a destination to research, compare and try hundreds of new models on for size, the auto show features everything from hybrids and the hottest new coupes and crossovers, to full-size trucks, test drives and appearances.

Attendees can get a jump-start on researching their next new vehicle purchase at the Pennsylvania Auto Show.  Several exciting all-new or redesigned vehicleswill be making their auto show debuts including the Acura TL, Buick Verano, Chevrolet Sonic, Dodge Charger, FIAT 500, Ford Focus, Subaru Impreza, Toyota Camry and more. Show goers can even get a sneak peek of vehicles not yet in dealerships, including the pre-production 2013 Chevrolet Malibu, 2013 Ford Escape, 2013 Ford Mustang and 2013 Ford Taurus. With so many new vehicles to survey, the auto show is the ideal place to try these on for size.

New this year, the auto show will showcase the 40+ MPG Club, featuring vehicles that offer the fuel-saving advantage and capability of reaching 40 miles (or more) per gallon on the highway. Manufacturers planning to have 40+ mpg models on display include Audi, Chevrolet, Ford, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Lexus, Lincoln, Mazda, Nissan, Toyota and Volkswagen. To find these fuel-sipping vehicles, look for the 40+ MPG Club badges along the auto show highway carpet.

Back by popular demand, more than 250 pre-owned cars, trucks and SUVs from local new car dealerships will be on display in the Certified Pre-Owned Showcase, sponsored by PennLive.com. Taking place in the Main Hall, attendees will be able to shop and compare a vast selection of like-new models from 19 local dealerships that have been thoroughly inspected to meet the highest manufacturer standards. Inventory is rotated daily, so buyers can take delivery of their car the next day.

The show will run from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, and 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Admission costs are $8.00 for adults (13+),  $5.00 for seniors (62+), Active Duty Military and Students.  Children 7 to 13 is $3.00 and children 6 and under are free.  Sunday is Kids Day and all children 12 and under will be admitted for free.

The Farm Show complex is located at 2300 North Cameron St. in Harrisburg and is easily accessible from Route 81, exit 67 or the Pennsylvania Turnpike, exit 247.
