The Louisville Cardinals are the #1 overall seed in the 2013 NCAA Tournament, and #1 in the Midwest. Louisville prides itself on not just basketball, but also their cheer squads. That includes the all-girl Ladybirds dance team.
- Duke Blue Devils cheerleaders
Once called the ugliest cheerleaders in the ACC by a rival coach, #2 ranked Duke actually has some pretty hot cheerleaders.
- Michigan State Spartans cheerleaders
Michigan State, ranked #3 in the Midwest, has two cheer squads and a dance team that all preform at men's basketball games. There are always some hot women on the Spartans cheer squads.
- St. Louis Billikens cheerleaders
The #4 ranked St. Louis Billikens are playing this year's NCAA Tournament in memory of coach Rick Majerus, who passed away unexpectedly in 2012.
