Hot Toys to Sell on eBay Holiday 2011

If you have been convinced you must purchase a "hot toy list" to be in the know for what to sell this holiday season, think again! This information is right under your nose, if you know where to look. Now, there is nothing wrong with buying a list that someone else has created, but just keep in mind that sellers who rely on these lists for sourcing inventory probably aren't going to think outside the box. Also, if 500 sellers buy the same list, it is going to be a challenge to find items named on the list.

So, how does one figure out what toys are going to be good sellers on eBay? One easy way is to study eBay's own Hot Toy list. It is free. You can search by category and subcategory or keywords. eBay consulted with toy expert Chris Byrne of the U.K. Chris, also known as "The Toy Guy," and reaches over 100 million consumers each year through TV, radio, and print.
