Hot to Make a Steve Jobs Tribute Costume for Halloween 2011

Halloween 2011 is the perfect time to pay tribute to the technological genius that was Steve Jobs. If you ever liked any of his products or you can appreciate any of his technological triumphs, here is your chance to dress up like Steve Jobs for Halloween.

With the economy in trouble and money tight, now is the time to be thinking about homemade do-it-yourself Halloween costumes. The best one right now, and possibly the cheapest, is a Steve Jobs outfit tribute costume for 2011.

First, you need the face. If you do not naturally look like Steve Jobs, and most people don't, you will want to in order to make this costume work. To do this, all you have to do is find a picture of Steve Jobs in a magazine or newspaper. Cut it out and then glue it to a thick piece of paper or thin piece of cardboard. Then cut out the eyes so you can see through them. Then all you have to do is attach or clip the picture to a hat or tape it to your forehead so it is directly on and over your face.

Next, you definitely must have and wear the black or dark turtleneck sweater that Steve Jobs wore all the time. This one should be thin but still warm enough to get you around town on Halloween night. Make sure it has long sleeves.

Third, you have to have the jeans. Now almost everyone has some jeans in the closet so this should be the easiest part of the Steve Jobs tribute outfit Halloween costume for 2011.

Fourth, he wore his glasses a lot. So if you have similar glasses like his glasses, then that is fine. If not, that is okay too.

Fifth, Steve Jobs wore casual tennis shoes all the time. No need for fancy dress shoes for him and you surely do not need anything fancy or expensive for your Steve Jobs Halloween costume outfit.

Lastly, Make sure to carry or hold one of his famous gadgets. You may already have one or two of them. Of course be smart about it and don't show off everything you have. But if you feel safe, then bring one of his great phones or music devices.

Steve Jobs altered the course of humanity with his great technological genius. He left us all far too soon but he left behind a scope of gadgets and computers that people around the world will use and appreciate for many years and decades to come.

Halloween 2011 is not just about dressing up in silly costumes and eating candy and partying all night long. It can also be an opportunity to show how much you cared about someone who really made a difference in the world.

Rest in peace, Steve Jobs. The world will miss you.
