This traditional Latin American dish consists of masa wrapped in banana leaves or corn husks, boiled or steamed to perfection. They are prepared for celebrations or enjoyed as a comfort food at any time of the year.

The Special Tamale Menu

Tamales at LaSandia are made from scratch with much care placed on tradition and deliciousness. Cocktails include a pomegranate margarita and a traditional punch spiked with tequila. Tamale choices vary with fish, chicken, pork, or even a vegetarian option. For desert, the tamale theme continues with a tamale dulce Mexican style.
