Continuing high daytime temperatures in Sacramento and the Central Valley mean Northern California boaters will continue to enjoy days on the water this year.

With San Francisco hosting this year's America's Cup, sailing enthusiasts can look forward to more than pleasant temperatures in the high 70's for the upcoming races whether watching from the shores or from the water.
The Sacramento delta is known for its temperate weather, but starting mid-November when the rains begin and the fog rolls in, you will see only the die hard fishermen pushing their boats out onto the sometimes glassy and often choppy surfaces of the Sacramento delta's rivers and sloughs.
For the next month or so though, as you pass by the confluence of the Sacramento and American Rivers, you are bound to see flotillas of boats rafted together with bikini clad babes on board singing and dancing and the fishermen motoring by ogling them.
