Golfers are going to arrive at their shots in cool style while driving in three tricked up power cart rides this season at the Patterson family’s trio of tracks.

“We’ll be making available power carts inspired by the Cadillac Escalade and Hummer H3 and a custom Club Car model that we call the Green Machine,” said Gib Patterson, owner of Anderson Links, Cloverdale Links and Emerald Links. “The Caddy and Hummer are from Otterville Custom Golf Carts and the Green Machine was designed by Atwell Service Centre.”

Players can get behind the wheel after winning draws when they attend tournaments, charity fundraisers, weddings and other special occasions at Anderson, Cloverdale and Emerald.

Meanwhile, the three facilities are offering a two-for-one green fee with the rental of a regular power cart special from the opening of the season to May 31. It can be flipped into a straight two-for-one green fee buy when spring conditions don’t permit carts on the courses.

Tasty items are on the table, too. Men and women players receive coffee, green tea and a munchy treat for free through to the end of May.

Patterson also says that a five- or seven-day membership purchased for Emerald Links entitles members to book rounds at Anderson and Cloverdale.
