Hot Bird Food Truck open for business

At long last, the new Hot Bird is serving food. As of Friday night, the former auto body shop turned bar and beer garden is now home to chef Alan Harding's newest food venture, a food truck.
As announced last month, the food truck, formerly a Kustard King ice cream truck, is serving everything from tacos to bratwurst to burgers and, of course, chicken.
Despite a sudden downpour that evening, a healthy crowd showed up to try out the new offerings.
