Horses continue to need support even after rescue

Please- help your local rescue- I saw the local newstation report of the H.O.R.S.E rescue - Mike and Chris Dodge in York, NY on tv last night and the truth is- once in a rescue situation - the horses still need support. Rescues for the most part are "horse poor" and still need your support, word of mouth to find homes and funding to keep doing what they have devoted themselves to doing. Lets not forget that while there are literally thousands of at risk horses on craigslist, once fostered or rescued, the rescues still need to have their horses rehomed, evaluated, quarantined, vetted, farrier, de-worming, bedding, feed, hay to keep operating. thanks Consider a donation - paypal at http://www.heritageacresrescue.com/
