Horse Training 101 - Find natural horsemanship trainers in Dallas-Fort Worth-Denton

There is a wealth of Natural Horsemanship Trainers and Instructors in the Dallas-Fort Worth-Denton area.  Each of the featured instructors has studied under one or more world-renown horse clinicians and has developed her own style of coaching and teaching aspiring horsemen and horsewomen.

Named in alphabetical order - Kim Van Buskirk,  Jerilyn Caldwell,  Sharon Lindy and Christi Rains draw upon hundreds of combined hours of studying and teaching experience.  When you take a lesson or attend one of these instructor’s clinics, you will see marked results in your relationship with your horse on that very same day.

Kim is located at Magic Vista Ranch in Justin.  She is always happy to show you around her place and would love to have you board your horse there, too.  She emphasizes safety, but ensures that you have fun and will get you laughing at yourself during your lesson.   Visit:   www.magicvistaranch.com.

Jerilyn lives in Midlothian.  Depending on her schedule, she may be available for lessons and customized clinics at your barn.   Check out:  www.jerilyncaldwell.com.

Sharon helps her students to build a solid foundation while advancing their horsemanship skills. She realizes that it is very difficult to transfer results that are viewed on a training DVD to your own horse, “who“ as she says on her website. “isn’t able to watch the same video”.   More info at:
www.horseplaygrounds.com.

Christi will be offering two clinics in November 2009 in McKinney and Aubrey for students who are familiar with the Parelli Patterns and Parelli Level 3 skills.   Details at: www.christirains.com.

You are encouraged to contact any one of these instructors.  Describe your horse and your horsemanship goals to them.  They are all familiar with the Parelli Methods; Jerilyn, Sharon and Christi are accredited as star instructors on the Parelli website: www.parelli.com.  Visit each of their websites where you can learn more about them, see photos, get phone numbers and email addresses.
