If you are a fan of Horror movies, there is an event in Indianapolis, this weekend, that you do not want to miss. Hosted by HorrorHound magazine, HorrorHound Weekend is an event designed to showcase this unique genre of movies.

Over 50 vendors will be on hand selling all types of horror film related merchandise. There will be movie posters, toys, t-shirts, books, movies, masks, and art. A complete list of vendors can be found here.

Another huge reason to attend this year's HorrorHound Weekend, will be the long list of celebrity appearances. Some of the horror genre's best known celebrities scheduled to appear include writer and director George A. Romero (Night of the Living Dead, Creepshow, Dawn of the Dead), writer and director Clive Barker (Hellraiser, Nightbreed), and Elvira - Mistress of the Dark. A complete list of celebrities scheduled to appear can be found here.

Also, in what may be the best part of the convention for true horror fans, HorrorHound Weekend features their HorrorHound Weekend film festival, a premier screening of some of the best new movies available. Many movies are hosted by a person or persons involved with the making of the movie and include a Q&A session following the screening. A list of movies and times can be found here.

If you are a fan of Horror films, it will be well worth a short drive from Cincinnati to check out the HorrorHound Weekend, March 26th  through 28th.
