Fans of Hopmonk Tavern in Sebastopol have long known of the Brewer's Dinners. Chef Billy Reid samples the beer from the featured brewery and develops a menu to pair the beer with the dishes, sometimes incorporating the beer into the dish as well. For the first time since opening in late November, owner Dean Biersch and Chef Billy bring a Brewer's Dinner to Sonoma featuring Sonoma's own Sonoma Springs Brewing Company.

Reservations are required and dinner is $50 per person (plus tax & Gratuity). Remember, this is at the new Sonoma location, do not go to the Sebastopol location as there will be no Brewer's Dinner there. Also, when you see Chef Billy, be sure to wish him a Happy Birthday as he'll be celebrating on Sunday.
