Honeycomb decorations add a creative touch to your home. Etsy, Dot & Bo, and Ikea

Ok, I'll admit it. I am OBSESSED with bees! My favorite course at Texas A&M was Honey Bee Biology. And I collect all things "bee." From bee plates, bee kitchenware to bee jewelry... I just can't get enough. Someday, I even hope to own my own apiary.

Lately I have been "busy as a bee" looking for something to add to my collection. On Etsy, I found the Stained Glass Honeycomb Drop on sale for $51. The price was well within my budget and this piece would go perfectly on our bedroom wall. The splash of yellow would brighten our white walls and create an interesting focal point.

And that got me thinking... What other honeycomb pieces could I find for under $50?

At Dot & Bo, I discovered their White Hexagon Bookshelves were on sale for $39.99. (The only downside is that this price was for a single bookshelf.) I love the extra storage space they create and I think that it would be worth the investment. If I was to purchase them, I would start out buying three shelves and then add an additional three bookshelves at a later date.

I also did some research on Youtube. I found a blogger named Evelina who used honeycomb mirrors to decorate her closet. She purchased a set of ten hexagonal mirrors (Honefoss) from Ikea for only $14.99.

Needless to say, I am going to have a hard time narrowing down my choice!
