Honey in Sacramento will die for being too shy

Honey is at the Sacramento SPCA and out of luck. She is timid because she has a cold right now.

Many overextended rescue groups do not know kennel cough can be cured with homeopathic remedies for under $10 at the grocery store. Bryonia or Pulsatilla will cure kennel cough in a snap.

Honey is just feeling a little under the weather and needs a quick rescue.

She is a charming and lovely dog. According to a volunteer, “Honey is so so sweet!  This girl was originally brought in as a stray and has been very frightened in the shelter environment.  She is incredibly loving and likes to sit in your lap once you gain her trust.  Though she acts scared has not displayed any fear aggression; she seems like she really loves people, she just doesn't know quite who to trust yet.  Honey would do well in a lower-activity home where she has time to adjust to her new surroundings.”

She is only about a year and a half old, thought to be a boxer/cattle dog mix.
