Honey Boo Boo's Mama June may seem like a pushover especially when it comes to her family, and the Thompson family may do some crazy things, but June is putting her foot down and is not going to allow anyone's crazy antics to interfere with their show.
Mama June has banned Tony Lindsay, known as "Crazy Tony" on the TLC show, Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, from appearing on the show anymore because of his arrest last year and crazy, dangerous antics.
Tony was arrested last November for a prank that involved him wearing a gorilla suit and scaring drivers on the freeway with friends.
Mama says that was too much for them;
“We love him as a friend … but that was a crazy story, Not trying to be mean, but we want to keep it family oriented.”
Tony was reported as being an uncle or a cousin of the Thompson's but June told TMZ that no;
"Tony's not related to the family, saying "Crazy Tony's just a family friend ... who is just crazy."
She said he is way too crazy for her family and the show and that want to keep their show family friendly.
Tony is not that happy and is bummed because he can not be on the show anymore, he does say that the show has changed the family.
Whether that is true or not, not wanting someone who could have killed drivers and caused many accidents on your show anymore sounds like a good thing.
Tony has also recently asked police to give him his gorilla suit back.
Honey Boo Boo and family, minus Tony can be seen on TLC on Honey Boo Boo's HOLLADay specials.
