Honey Boo Boo Fans might be excited about the upcoming season premiere of Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, but viewers are worried about Pumpkin. Alana Thompson’s sister, Lauryn "Pumpkin" Shannon is having serious medical problems after the family was in a car accident and TMZ is reporting on Wednesday that the stars aren't involved in any promotion of the reality show while the child is in the hospital.

It appears the reality star could be in the hospital for a while. According to June Shannon on Tuesday, the family has been in the hospital and watching over Pumpkin hoping she will get better.

“Still having bad headache and agitated and her legs buckling and she keeps asking when she will b better a lot but like we tell her with time she will,” wrote June Shannon on the official Honey Boo Boo Facebook page. The mother has been in the hospital since her daughter has been admitted and hasn't left her side.

While the outpouring of support has been kind to the family, the big worry is when Pumpkin will feel better. It might take a few weeks before the youngster is back on her feet and ready to film again.

Reading over the official Honey Boo Boo Facebook page, fans are sharing their prayers, love and support during the difficult time of the reality show family. Hopefully Pumpkin will get well soon.
