Here Comes Honey Boo Boo fans are ready to see the new season on TLC, but the viewers are also very concerned. The McIntyre, Louisiana family was in a car accident last week and one of the cast members is in the hospital. According to Honey Boo Boo’s mom, June Shannon, her daughter has a severe concussion. Lauryn Shannon, known as "Pumpkin" on the show, was admitted to the hospital late Sunday night after her symptoms were not improving.
"This week has been so crazy with the wreck and dealing with her post severe concussion stuff and trying to get her back to normal..." wrote June Shannon on the official Facebook page of Honey Boo Boo. “I wouldn't change my girls for nothing in the world. Just hope with time and taking it day by day Pumpkin will B back to her normal self.”
Any fan of the reality show can empathize with the scenario June Shannon is facing. The star opens her heart and family to the world and now in the time of need, Shannon shares once again with the fans who support her.
While the reality family hasn't shared exactly what fans can do to help, everyone could simply reach out to the reality stars directly by posting a few words of encouragement on Honey Boo Boo's Facebook page or offer a prayer for the young reality star. Hopefully Pumpkin will get well soon.
