"Honey Boo Boo" is banning Crazy Tony from being on the popular TLC TV reality show according to TMZ that was reported Jan. 15. Actually Mama June is the one putting her foot down. She says he is too damn crazy even for the reality show.
Mama June's unhappiness all started with Crazy Tony's gorilla suit stunt back in November. Tony Lindsey was arrested for participating in a dangerous practical joke. It involved standing on the side of a highway in a giant gorilla suit scaring people as they drove by. Since that incident happened, the "HBB" matriarch told TMZ that she is just not comfortable having Tony be on the TLC reality show because of that stunt.
Mama stated, " We love him as a friend ... but that was a crazy story. Not trying to be mean, but we want to keep it family oriented."
Also, Mama June wants to clear up the fact that "Crazy Tony is just a family friend ... who is just crazy." Even though he is referred to as "cousin" on the show, he is not related to the family in any way.
