It is California and it is a celebrity victimization. California has become a huge danger for people from all over the world. Although popular as the state of marihuana, guns, frauds, gangs, in fact there live amazing communities and law makers need to hurry to adjust California to the global standards of humanity. Unfortunately, it is not a problem only of Californian law makers. All law makers are behind in this dynamic world which looks at the edge: we either have to make it as soon as possible, or we will crash in way in which our ancestors crashed in 1914 and 1939.
Dishonesty has become the biggest trouble maker with all extensions – fraud, gangs, corruption, etc. To be honest today is most important and honesty should become the hallmark of our civilization in the 21st century.
It is really pity that so many dark winds come from California in time, when we all can enjoy friendship, honest earning of money, honest success and satisfaction.

Whitmore said sheriff's officials and other California law enforcement agencies will lobby state lawmakers to make "swatting" a felony.
Authorities are investigating "scores" of similar cases across the state, he said. In some instances, the hoaxers use technology that makes it appear that the 911 calls were made inside the homes where police are sent, according to Whitmore.
"What we want to do is have the legislature turn up the heat on these people," he said.
"This is a serious, serious crime."
Police last week responded to a false report of an armed robbery at Tom Cruise's Beverly Hills home. In December, a boy was arrested after police said he made calls that reported violence at the homes of Justin Bieber and Ashton Kutcher.
Comment: Internet has made celebrities so popular and their life looks so exotic, easy and full only with joy, then, it creates negative response in people who believe that either can succeed by troubling somebody or who get satisfied only if they trouble somebody. Latter may fall in some categories of mental diseases (hate-crime, for instance), while former is distributed everywhere and troubles many celebrities and ordinary people. It is about honesty. If honesty becomes number one requirement in every company, it will become value that everybody will embed in h/h personality. It should be possible everybody to be fired for dishonest behavior, retirements to be taken away (third age are among popular dishonest people in some social segments) and even asserts to be taken away. Swatting is just one offprints of a typical dishonest behavior that involves fraud.
