The Honda S2000 is one of the most respected JDM tuner vehicles in the world. High red line rev limits, roadster configuration, rear-wheel drive, and a turbo happy straight four cylinder engine is a great setup for Nurburgring. The straight four engine with rear wheel drive maximizes torque out of pure design logic. The ability to stay high in the RPM through corners allows faster access to the power band and less time spent shifting. The long setup of the car with the driver cab towards the rear helps with high speed stability through corners and adverse angled roads. Overall, the Honda S2000 Mugen is a Nurburgring beast.
