The Queen James Bible has been edited to make
homophobic interpretations impossible
—the QJV editor
We now continue, from part 1, part 2, part 3, part 4 and part 5, considering a new version of the Bible is being published and in a way we Christians should take it as a compliment. The Bible is edited so as to conform to the authority of the homosexuality worldview-religion and is called the Queen James Bible.
If you just want to say, “The Queen James Bible is nonsense” or even “is a godsend” and leave it at that then; do not bother reading this series because we will actually details the issues involved.
We now pick up where we left off in the previous segment.
But that is not all:
Another instance of interpretive ambiguity occurs, we believe, because the description of the pagan gay sex is written after the fact that God has abandoned the idolators. It is easy to therefore say “God gave them up because they were having gay sex.” Had the verses read as follows, there would be no confusion:
Romans 1:26
Their women did change the natural use into that which is against their nature:
Romans 1:27
And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections.
This is with no words changed, just rearranged.
Can you discern the tactic? They act as if they have existed in a vacuum, came out and read the Bible but determined that it must be inaccurately translated. Such is not the case rather, they have a goal in mind, to force the Bible to approve of homosexuality, and so they find those problematic verses and change them on purpose so as to deceive homosexuals—the Queen James Bible is homophobic.
Yes, Paul was a Jew and steeped in the purity tradition of Leviticus which is why he would have, both, condemned ritual pagan idol worship and homosexuality. Now, note a major point; ritual pagan idol worship temple sex was not restricted to homosexuality. So, pray tell, why do these texts not condemn men for having ritual sex with women and women for having ritual sex with men? Because the emphasis is not that which the editor is claiming but is about the unnatural, abnormal reversing of YHVH’s intended purpose for sex.
But, be thou impressed by the argument for authority again, “Most scholars (us included)…” So most (most in history, alive today, who agree with the editor, who exactly?) including the editor; we previously wondered out loud just who the editor is and what are his or her credentials. We know not but they are here claiming to be a scholar (scholar of what?).
Take a moment to note that while the QJV endorses homosexuality, it condemns paganism, idolatry and ritual sex. It is going to be interesting to see what the homosexual pagans, idolaters who engage in ritual sex have to say about the narrow minded, prejudice, holier than thou attitude of the QJV editor. Well, they could always edit their own version such as the Pagan James Bible, the Idolater James Bible the Ritual Sex James Bible, etc.
But the above referenced “This is with no words changed, just rearranged” is not how the QJV ends up reading:
To reflect our more examined understanding of what is “natural” and to clarify the subject matter of Romans 1, we have changed the verses to the following:
Romans 1:26
Their women did change their natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, left of the natural use of the woman, burned in ritual lust, one toward another; (QJV) (Page 545)
Romans 1:27
Men with men working that which is pagan and unseemly. For this cause God gave the idolators up unto vile affections, receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. (QJV) (Page 545)
Romans is our most major editing, but also one of our most powerfully free of interpretive ambiguity; it has been made very clear, yet retains all of the content of the original.
