Hometown Heroes: Hip-Hop music showcase at LIV Nightclub

Following the history of hip-hop music around the capital region may often times lead you into a whirlwind that plummets your mind into a state of unconsciousness. The fusion of musical styles, the history of jazz musicianship, and the noteworthy newcomers in the game today are all major reasons that every participant of the Hometown Heroes showcase this weekend, should give the best performance of their lives.

Your home base is by far the area that will either make or break your career, which goes without saying. This weekend LIV Nightclub hosts a special musical showcase with the most notable names in hip hop music around the DMV.

Hosted by the Party Band Boyz and SCMC at LIV Nightclub this Sunday, February 12 (2001 11th Street NW) doors will be open at 6:30 p.m. with the show starting at 7 p.m. Tickets are still available with general admission prices at $20 per person and VIP admission at $40 per person.

The lineup consists of the following XO, Kingpen Slim, Phil Ade, Fat Trel, G-Two, RaTheMC, Phil Da Phuture, DJ Heat, Styx Figure, and Incwell. The powerhouse cast will definitely make for a jam packed night of raw talent and entertainment. The progressive rhymes from the hard hitting XO, along with the gritty street following and proclaim from Fat Trel, or even Mr. Beam Up himself, KingPen Slim, whatever your reason for attending just make sure you get there.
